Welcome!

No Compromise Radio is a ministry dedicated to the ongoing proclamation of Jesus Christ, even Him crucified (1 Cor 2:1), His exclusive and saving gospel, and His inerrant Word. Our theme verse is Galatians 2:5 where the apostle Paul said “But we did not yield in subjection to them for even an hour, so that the truth of the gospel would remain with you.”

No-Co Radio host Pastor Mike Abendroth discusses the concept of "party spirits," or the tendency for Christians to believe that God only works within their specific theological group. He recounts a story from Luke 9:49, where John tells Jesus they tried to stop someone from casting out demons because "he does not follow with us". Mike uses this as a starting point to argue that Christians should rejoice when Christ is proclaimed, even by those with different theological views, such as those from Calvary Chapel or Arminian denominations. He admits that while he holds strong theological convictions—subscribing to the London Baptist Confession of 1689 and believing in the five points of Calvinism, for example—he believes it's important to show charity and kindness to other Christians.  Produced/Edited By: Marrio Escobar (Owner of D2L Productions)  Watch on YouTube: https://youtu.be/mx1jSvk8kxQ

Pastor Mike focuses on the dangers of mysticism within evangelicalism, which he considers a significant problem. Mike defines mysticism as receiving God's truth from internal, subjective sources like feelings, intuition, and personal revelations rather than from the external source of the Bible. He argues that human nature is totally depraved since Adam's fall, making internal impressions and feelings unreliable and untrustworthy. Mike champions the sufficiency and authority of Scripture, citing passages like 2 Timothy 3:16-17 and Psalm 19 to support the idea that the Bible is the only true guide for life and godliness.  Watch on YouTube: https://youtu.be/VPHcLmoSPaA Produced/Edited By: Marrio Escobar (Owner of D2L Productions)

  • The Decree of God (3/18/2020) - A.W. Pink plainly describes God’s decree as “His purpose or determination with respect to future things.” The Westminster Shorter Catechism is slightly more expansive saying; “The decrees of God are His eternal purpose according to the counsel of His will, whereby, for His own glory, He hath foreordained whatsoever comes to pass.”  The most incredible [...]
  • Spiritual Growth (9/30/2017) - One of the Scripture references that my spiritual father Carl Vargo used to regularly sign off his letters to me with was the following. “But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be the glory both now and to the day of eternity. Amen.” 2 Peter 3:18 [...]
  • The Lord’s Table (8/28/2017) - As we come to the Lord’s table, who should partake in communion? The Bible gives 2 stipulations. The answer…wait for it…only those who are first reconciled to God(believers) and also reconciled to others. But we need to answer from the Bible “Why?” As NoCo listeners and readers I am sure this question had already crossed [...]
  • Pastor’s Handbook: Weddings and Funerals (8/27/2017) - Though it’s been 25 years since I graduated seminary(No I’m not that old I’m just that much wiser), I can remember like it was yesterday Prof(Howie Hendricks) telling us that at weddings and funerals to always preach the Gospel. Since then it’s been forever etched in my mind. To me it’s part of being in [...]
  • If Only… (8/5/2017) - If only I had studied more for this test, I would not be failing this class. If only I had just apologised and asked for forgiveness, I would not be in this strained relationship. If only I had thought more before I spoke, I would not have turned so many people away. If only I [...]
